Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgroHub (the "Platform"), operated by Magna Cita Sdn. Bhd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to register an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and current information during registration.
• One person may not maintain multiple active accounts.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Marketplace Rules

All listings must be for genuine agricultural products or services. Prohibited listings include:

• Items prohibited under Malaysian law (e.g., protected wildlife)
• Misrepresented, counterfeit, or fraudulent products
• Items regulated without proper licensing (pharmaceuticals, controlled chemicals)
• Spam or duplicate listings

4. Transactions & Payments

AgroHub is a marketplace platform. Transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers. We do not process payments, hold funds, or guarantee any transaction. Users are solely responsible for payment arrangements, delivery, and dispute resolution between themselves.

5. Intellectual Property

All content you upload (images, descriptions, listings) remains your property. By uploading, you grant AgroHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your content on the Platform for the purpose of providing the service. You must not upload content that infringes third-party rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

AgroHub and Magna Cita Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any transaction conducted through it. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
