Stay safe when buying and selling on AgroHub. These guidelines protect both buyers and sellers.
Important Reminder
AgroHub never asks for your password, bank account PIN, TAC code, or full payment upfront. If anyone claiming to be AgroHub asks for these, it is a scam — report it immediately.
Prefer Verified Sellers. Look for the ✅ Verified badge on seller profiles. Verified sellers have been ID-checked by our team.
Read reviews. Check buyer reviews and ratings before purchasing, especially for high-value items.
Avoid full prepayment. For large orders, negotiate partial payment upon delivery or use Cash on Delivery when possible.
Confirm product details. Ask for current photos and confirm quantity, quality, and delivery terms before paying anything.
Keep records. Screenshot all conversations and payment confirmations. Use AgroHub's messaging system — not personal WhatsApp — to maintain a record.
Get Verified. Complete seller verification to build buyer trust and unlock higher visibility in search results.
Confirm payment before dispatching. Verify that funds are in your account (not just a screenshot) before sending goods, especially to new buyers.
Be wary of overpayment scams. If a buyer sends more than the agreed amount and asks for a refund of the difference, this is a common scam — do not refund.
Accurate listings. Represent your products honestly — misleading listings can result in account suspension and legal liability.
Prices that are unrealistically low compared to market rates
Requests to communicate or pay outside AgroHub (e.g., "send directly to this bank account now")
Pressure to pay immediately with no time to verify
Requests for your MyKad/IC number or bank login details
Sellers with zero reviews asking for full payment for high-value goods
