For Buyers

How do I buy a product on AgroHub?

Browse or search for what you need, click a listing, then click "Message Seller" to contact the seller directly. Negotiate price, quantity, and delivery terms via our messaging system.

Is there buyer protection on AgroHub?

Transactions are arranged directly between buyers and sellers. We recommend only paying verified sellers, checking reviews, and never paying full amounts upfront to new sellers. Report suspected fraud to info@agrohubmy.com immediately.

How do I save listings I'm interested in?

Click the ❤️ heart/wishlist button on any listing to save it. Access all saved listings from your Wishlist page (requires login).

For Sellers

How do I start selling on AgroHub?

Register as a Seller, complete your profile with farm details and location, submit for admin verification, then create listings. It's completely free to list.

How do I get a Verified badge?

Complete your Seller profile (farm details, IC number, address) and submit it. Our admin team reviews within 1–3 working days. Once approved, your verified badge appears automatically on your profile and listings.

What file formats are accepted for listing images?

JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WebP. Images are automatically compressed before upload. Maximum 5 photos per listing.

Account & Technical

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot password?". Enter your email address and we'll send a reset link.

I didn't receive a verification email.

Check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, contact us at info@agrohubmy.com with your registered email address and we'll manually verify your account.
